アンナ・レポート2
Second day report 

The second day was, again, not too hard in terms of work. In the morning I only had to work until 10 or 10:30. Then in the afternoon I worked on sanding the statue all afternoon. I thought I would get to work in the rice field today but it hasn’t happened yet.

I was very happy to meet Mieko-san today. She is very kind, and easy to talk to even though there is a language barrier. I also liked eating dinner with everyone, it was very lively. I love getting to play my viola for people. I’m glad everyone enjoyed my playing.

Lately I have been feeling kind of low-energy. I don’t know why. Maybe I am homesick. That is one reason I have been very quiet since coming here. But I really am enjoying myself here and I am trying to communicate as best I can. 今日からもがんばります。よろしくね＾_＾
