2017.04.26 初めてのイタリア人でダニエルさんとロバートさんです。 これで11カ国目になった。一人の方ロバートさんは数えられないほど、海外でのウーフ経験が豊富であった。 そして振り返るとまだ受け入れ４年目でありながら、自分ながら凄く多くの外国人の受け入れをしてきたものだと思う。 私は彼らに必ず、なぜウーファーになったのかを質問すると、感動する経験をしたいからという。 そして、なぜ、日本の新潟県の豊実を選んだのかと質問すると、彫刻などアートをして、オーガニックスタイルをしていることに注目したと言っている。 ダニエルとロバートはよくしゃべる、同郷の友達であるから、なおの事であろう。ダニエルは保育士をしているが力があるようであった。ミュージシャンでもある。私のしていることが解るようであった。こうして海外に行かなくとも私は国際交流を肌で感じているのである。 私が彼等にイタリアのあなたの村に行きたいと言うと、ミラノまで私が迎えに行くと言います。ただし二人で来てくださいと言われた。体力あってのことです。それから交通費がないと行けません。しかしながら年齢と共に私は希望がどんどん広がってゆきます。 食事に関心のある調理師のダニエルさんは、あなたのレストランは5星であると言っていた。彼ら二人が書いた英文でわかるように、お世辞では無いように思う。 私はコスモ夢舞台の仲間、知人にも知って頂きたいと思った。 |

Daniele and Roberto Incredible
Family, Amazing Food, Direct and Authentic Japanese Experience!!! We’ve
choose this farm because we’re interested about farming and we would like to
build our organic farm in the future. Toyomi is
a little Japanese village far from the touristic routes, here in Kentaro’s farm we discovered very welcoming people, we
were surprised to see the big amount of sculptures and we ate the amazing,
natural and simple food of his wife Makiko!!! We are
learning to make some gorgeous Japanese food and giving some tricks for cook
some Italian food! The
farming season is only at the beginning and we have done different jobs also outside
the fields (piping, cutting wood), but in the farm there is always something to
do, than do it!!! Mr.
Kentaro also gave a big room as accommodation closed to him house and he showed
us his big garden inside the hood, a natural place with a big river. At the
end of the workday ,we usually have the bath in the natural onsen that mr
Kentaro built. Oh boys you do not have an idea what it means,relaxing time like
to be in a spa. |
