Dear Satou-san,

I was glad to hear in your last email that you and Makiko-san are well.

I'm touched that Makiko-san thinks that about me. I'm sure you know that I think very highly of you and her, and I have many fond memories of my time with both of you at Cosmo Yume.

I'm still planning to return to the UK at the end of my visa in October of this year, but I'm definitely planning to come back to Japan again in the future. In fact, I was thinking that it would be great to be able to talk with you and Makiko-san from time to time once I'm back in the UK, to keep practising my Japanese.
Do you have a Skype account? If you or Makiko-san had any free time once I return home, I'd love to be able to talk in person via Skype or something similar. I'm also always working on my Japanese cooking, and it would be amazing to be able to discuss recipes with Makiko-san in the future, as she's definitely one of the best cooks I know!

I think it's brilliant that you're always trying to improve your English - I'm trying the same with Japanese, but sometimes it feels a bit like I'm not making any progress.

Let me know what you think about keeping in touch in the future. I look forward to hearing from you.
